STARTING FORMATION: From a 3 and 1 line (meaning any line with 3 dancers facing one way and 1 dancer facing the other way, one end must have a mini-wave). DEFINITION: The end two dancers in a mini-wave will do a Recycle, while the other couple will Wheel and Deal. If the each end of the lines are facing in the same direction then the right end will pass in front, and end as couples on tandem (back to back; if the ends are facing in opposite directions it will end as couples facing.
